In the same way that the possibility of making a backup is important, the restoration functionality and the ease of being able to recover contents is also fundamental. In this guide we intend to show you the few necessary steps so that you can identify the desired restore point and recover the contents you need.
1) Through your customer area, in the 'Services' section and later when managing the 'Cloud Backup & Recovery' service, you will be able to access the service's administration platform.

2) After logging in to the platform, in the side menu, access 'Devices' and within this section, in the list of devices displayed, select the device to which you want content to be restored.
3) In the side menu that appears after selecting the device, click on the option 'Recovery' from the Actions menu, to see all existing restore points. From the list of restore points, choose the desired restore point date and click on 'Recover Files / Folders'.
4) The directory structure will be displayed as it is on the backup target device. You should navigate in it and select the directory(s) and/or file(s) you want to restore.
5) After selecting the contents you want to restore, just click on the 'Recover' option if you want the files to be placed directly on the backup target device or on 'Transfer' if you prefer to download them for prior analysis.
